The Arizona Department of Public Safety has identified two men killed when their small sport utility vehicle crashed into a commercial vehicle during a dust storm in south-central Arizona.

They were the driver, Baldomero Lopez, 40, of Glendale, and his passenger, Rigoberto Palacios, 48, of Phoenix.

Public Safety spokesman Harold Sanders said visibility along the interstate from mile post 190 to 216 was poor to zero on Saturday.

"A third occupant in that vehicle suffered serious injuries and was transported by medical helicopter to a Phoenix-area hospital," Sanders said. He was a 15-year-old Glendale boy.

Sanders had urged motorists to use extreme caution in the area during Saturday's inclement weather.

A strong low-pressure system has been moving through Arizona this weekend.

There is a 30 percent chance of showers today.

High temperatures on Sunday in the Valley are expected to remain in the 50s, CBS 5 Valley Pinpoint meteorologists said.

Lows Sunday night will stay in the 40s.
