PHOENIX -- A dust storm near Casa Grande and Eloy may be responsible for a crash that happened at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, authorities said.According to Department of Public Safety spokesman Harold Sanders, the crash on Interstate 10 involved at least two tractor-trailers.Traffic is stopped in both directions, though "rubberneckers" may be causing the backup in the westbound lanes, Sanders said.Sanders said there may be other crashes, and he did not know if anyone was injured in the first. The Arizona Department of Transportation will be posting warning signs for blowing dust, and Sanders recommended motorists slow down, drive cautiously and be alert to changing weather conditions. At about 3 p.m., DPS and ADOT began a process to get the eastbound travel lanes moving."There is still a blowing dust problem but it has shifted away from the area of the collision," Sanders said in a statement.A high wind advisory is in effect for the area through 9 p.m. Tuesday, CBS 5 Valley Pinpoint meteorologists said.
