RALEIGH, N.C. -

A 50-year-old man whose body was found in the 3800 block of South Wilmington Street Aug. 13 died from an accidental stab wound, Raleigh police said.

Police found the body of Ausencio Leal Velasquez, of Raleigh, around 10 a.m. outside at the address on South Wilmington Street.

An autopsy showed Velasquez was stabbed in his left arm by an unsheathed knife he was carrying in a tote bag when he fell or slumped over, police said.

Raleigh police said there were no indication of foul play in his death.
