CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

A 34-year-old woman last seen Saturday night leaving her Chandler home has been located in a Phoenix-area motel.

Chandler police said Jamie Biddulph-Seman was found Monday afternoon thanks to the help of the media.

Biddulph-Seman was in a semi-conscious condition, suffering from an apparent self-induced medical condition. She was taken to a Phoenix area hospital and is expected to be OK.

She left her home in the 900 block of North Lakeshore Place about 8:45 p.m. Saturday. About 10:45 p.m., she called her husband to tell him "good night" and let him know she was going to sleep in her vehicle for the night and would see him at church the next morning.

Police said she never made it to church and had not been heard from since.

Biddulph-Seman has reportedly been dealing with some difficult situations and recently indicated she may hurt herself, police said.
