I-10 near Cortaro Road reopens after fatal rollover
TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
One person has died in a semi rollover that closed both directions of Interstate 10 to the north of Tucson in Marana, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Northwest Fire District officials confirmed the semi was headed west and flipped over in the median area to the eastbound side. The truck driver was pronounced dead.
NWFD Capt. Adam Goldberg said another truck driver involved was taken to the UA Trauma Center in serious but stable condition. A man in another car had minor injuries and also went to the trauma center.
Eastbound and westbound I-10 have reopened in both directions.
