(Toledo News Now) -

First Energy's online outage map shows 4,900 customers in Toledo without power.  That's down from more than 10,000 at one point Monday.

First Energy says those electric customers in Toledo are without power because of outages caused by the early summer storm passing us.

Most are tied to substation failures and the utility says those outages should be short lived.
