Manhunt Monday: 2 fugitives wanted by police

Phoenix police need help tracking down two fugitives who have managed to escape the clutches of law enforcement. 

Officers are looking for 32-year-old Miguel Angel Garcia. He is wanted for probation violation on original charges of attempted sexual conduct with a minor and failing to register as a sex offender.

Garcia is described as 5'9" tall and weighs 225 pounds. He has brown eyes and a shaved head. He uses many aliases, including Horacio Suarez and Carlos Suarez. He has the name Suarez tattooed on his right arm and a cross on in his chest.

There's also a warrant out for the arrest of 27-year-old Cedric Ortiz. He is wanted for failing to appear on two counts of aggravated DUI.

Ortiz is described as 6'1" tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
