(CNN) – Ousted New York Times editor Jill Abramson has a new job.
Abramson will be teaching at her alma mater, Harvard University, in the fall of 2014 and spring of 2015.
She will be a visiting lecturer in the English department, teaching undergraduates about narrative nonfiction.
In a press release from the school, Abramson said she was honored to be a visiting lecturer there.
The New York Times' publisher fired Abramson last month over what he said were management shortcomings.
