PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Two Phoenix business owners have been arrested for running a prostitution house out of their two Valley massage parlor locations.

Police said Ricardo Herrera Ovalle and Irene Monsarrat Santos-Toral own the Euro Style Day Spa I at 3202 E. Greenway Parkway and Euro Style Day Spa II at 9118 N. Cave Creek Rd., both in Phoenix.

When undercover detectives went to the Cave Creek Road location, there was no license posted, no employee files to review, and no licensed massage therapist on duty, according to the police report, all of which are required.

Ovalle told the undercover officers that he had applied for the license and it was "in progress of being approved," according to the police report.

On April 22, a search warrant was served at the home of Ricardo and Yesenia Ovalle. Yesenia Ovalle was arrested and told police that fellow business owners Ricardo Ovalle and Irene Santos-Toral also encouraged the prostitution activity at both Euros Day Spa locations.

Detectives found that from Jan. 13 to April 22, Ovalle and Santos-Toral were keeping a house of prostitution, pandering by keeping and maintaining a house of prostitution and by encouraging employees to be prostitutes, according to the police report.

Also arrested was Jacqueline Reyes who was a prostitute at the Greenway location.
