PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A 17-year-old boy charged in the shooting deaths of two people at a Peoria smoke shop pleaded guilty to lesser charges Tuesday.
Tyson Langley pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder, armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder, according to Maricopa County Superior Court.
He is scheduled to be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 28.
Langley had pleaded not guilty to several charges, including two counts of first-degree murder, in the January 2012 shooting deaths of 60-year-old Kenneth Matlock and 38-year-old Melinda Bowen at the Euphorium Emporium.
Prosecutors say Langley also wounded 51-year-old Robert Troutman.
Langley is being charged as an adult. He pleaded not guilty in April and is being held on $2 million bond.
