Jermaine Marshall scored 20 of his 27 points in the second half, Jahii Carson had 16 points and 13 assists, and Arizona State rolled to a 76-62 victory over Texas Tech on Saturday night.
Coming off a six-day break, Arizona State (10-2) had trouble getting shots to fall early. The Sun Devils started to find the range late in the first half during a closing 11-0 run and kept the cushion in the second, improving to 7-0 at home this season.
Marshall hit seven of Arizona State's 10 3-pointers and Carson added eight rebounds while finishing with the most assists by an ASU player in 16 years.
Texas Tech (7-5) couldn't overcome Arizona State's first-half run due to poor shooting. The Red Raiders shot 36 percent and made 1 of 13 from 3-point range for their third loss in four games.
