NOGALES, AZ (CBS5) -

A $10.1 million shipment of marijuana was found in a tractor-trailer load of squash stopped at  an Arizona border inspection station.

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection police dog alerted to 881 bundles of pot co-mingled with the squash at the Port of Nogales last Wednesday. The marijuana weighed 20,375 pounds.

The previous record seized in Arizona was 14,121 pounds of pot valued at $7.1 million on Jan. 15.

The driver of the vehicle, Pedro Corona-Moreno, 32, was attempting to enter the U.S. when he was stopped for a secondary inspection.

The tractor-trailer, drugs and produce were processed for seizure.

Corona-Moreno was arrested and turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
