Residents in Winchester will have the chance to learn more about a possible bank loan the town is looking to obtain in order to get out of debt.
A meeting will be held Tuesday night to discuss the proposed $2 million loan the town is trying to get from Bank of America.
The move comes after former Finance Director Henry Centrella was accused of embezzling million from the town.
Now there is growing concern that the town may have to close schools if something isn't done about it soon.
If the loan measure is approved, it will go to a referendum vote Saturday.
