FLORENCE, AZ (CBS5) -

Pinal County deputies are asking the public's help in locating a man suspected of sexually assaulting two young girls in Florence.

In September, one of the girls told her mother she had been molested and sexually abused over the past several years. A Pinal County Sheriff's Office investigation led to another victim, who repeated the same accusations, said PCSO spokesman Tim Gaffney.

Both girls, who were younger than 14 at the time of the alleged crimes, identified Robert Richard Guardiola, 43, as the suspect, Gaffney said.

Detectives said Guardiola suddenly disappeared as the investigation began, Gaffney said.

He is described as white, 5'6" tall, 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen driving a black BMW, Arizona license plate BCN7781.
