Man dies after crash in McCurtain County

MCCURTAIN COUNTY, OK (KSLA) -

Oklahoma officials say alcohol may be a factor in a deadly crash that claimed the life of an ArkLaTex man Tuesday night.

Oklahoma DPS troopers responded around 7:30 p.m. to the scene of a crash on Red Arrow Road just three miles east of Broken Bow in McCurtain County. Troopers say 52-year-old Steven Craig, of Broken Bow, crossed over the center line and overcorrected before losing control. Craig then crashed into a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers say Craig was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The crash is still under investigation.
