TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -
The mother of a missing Toledo toddler appeared in Lucas County Common Pleas Court for another pretrial hearing.
However, Angela Steinfurth waived her right to a speedy trial and her pretrial was pushed back again to Sept. 25.
Wednesday's pretrial hearing was scheduled in mid-August after Steinfurth's defense attorney told the court they needed time to look over video evidence of Steinfurth speaking with police.
Steinfurth is being charged with obstruction of justice in connection to the disappearance of her 1-year-old daughter, Elaina. She is currently being held in the Lucas County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
Steinfurth's former boyfriend, Steven King, is also being charged with obstruction of justice in the case. He will be in court for a pretrial hearing Thursday. His trial date is set to start Sept. 16. King remains in jail on a $250,000 bond.
