A man accused in a home invasion in Cottonwood, AZ, has been arrested in New York by U.S. Marshals.
Authorities said Kyle Kristopher Ritter was seen leaving a vehicle from an apartment in Liverpool, NY, about 7 a.m. on Wednesday. When he was contacted, he tried to give a false name, until the cops showed Ritter his "Wanted" poster, according to the U.S. Marshal's Office. Ritter was arrested and is awaiting extradition back to Arizona.
Ritter is a suspect in a home invasion on Feb. 15, 2013, on S. 18th St. in Cottonwood. He was shot during the home invasion by one of his accomplices.
The U.S. Marshal's Office said an anonymous tip lead to his arrest.
