A protest is set to be held in Hartford Thursday afternoon to protest spying by the National Security Agency.
Opponents of the NSA's massive domestic spying program are set to rally in front of the Old State House in Hartford starting at 4 p.m.
Protest organizers said there will be a news conference at 5 p.m. and then a march to the Federal Courthouse on Main Street after that.
The protest is sponsored by the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut, the Connecticut chapter of the Council on American Islamic Relations and the Connecticut Coalition to Stop Indefinite Detention.
