The D-backs will host Bark in the Park, presented by Pet Club, this Sunday at Chase Field and encourage fans to bring their dog to the game at 1:10 p.m. against the San Francisco Giants. Fans and their canines can enjoy a Puppy Rally with prizes for the "Top Dogs" and a Puppy Parade around the warning track at the ballpark. For every ticket purchased online at www.dbacks.com/barkinthepark, $5 will be donated back to the Arizona Humane Society (AHS).
Mavrik, a Parson Jack Russell/Lab mix from AHS, will participate in the "First Fetch" prior to the game on the field. Mavrik is nearly two years old and is available for adoption for $35 from AHS at the game and includes all fees for neutering, vaccinations, ID tag, collar and a free follow-up exam.
