Lucas County deputy accused of playing dirty appears in court

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A man accused of helping a felon get a gun turned himself in Wednesday morning, then joined his brother in court.

Paul Little, a Lucas County sheriff's deputy, is accused of giving his department-issued gun to a known felon. It turns out the felon was actually a paid informant for the sheriff's department. 

David Little, who turned himself in to authorities, is accused of being involved in the conspiracy. 

Paul Little's bond was set at $75,000. David Little's bond was set at $25,000.
