Mother sentenced to prison for child endangerment

BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A Wauseon woman who pleaded guilty to injuring her infant son is going to prison.

Erin Taylor, 21, lived in Bowling Green when she was charged with child endangering in the spring of 2012.

On Friday morning, a judge ordered her to prison for the next 18 months.

A police report showed Taylor took her 5-month-old to Wood County Hospital when he developed seizures. Doctors found the boy had a fractured skull and severe bleeding.

Taylor will be on probation for three years once she gets out of prison.
