Connecticut State Police continue to search for a student at Eastern Connecticut State University who was last seen a week and a half ago.
Alyssiah Marie Wiley, 20, was last seen on April 20; however, she wasn't reported missing until four days later when she failed to return to campus.
An investigation was launched in an attempt to locate her. Authorities said there was no suspect as of Monday night.
During the search for Wiley, state police said they were looking for a black Nissan Altima and located it in Bridgeport on Friday.
State police would not say how they located the vehicle in Bridgeport or who it's registered to.
"Yeah, I am worried for her," roommate Molly Schwartz previously told Eyewitness News. "I didn't think it was going to get this serious and frightening."
However, they said they're concerned for her wellbeing and searched the campus grounds with dogs as well as interviewing fellow students, friends and family members.
"She said she was going home Friday night and she ended up going home Saturday early morning," Schwartz said.
Friends told Eyewitness News that Wiley had a boyfriend who drove her places. She did not have a car, friends said.
"He seemed to be a nice gentleman," said former roommate Sharifa Lowen about Wiley's boyfriend, who did not attend ECSU. "He spoke very proper. He was nice to her."
On Monday, state police released two new pictures of Wiley.
"We've spoken to a lot of people and we're not done yet," said state police Lt. Paul Vance.
State police won't discuss whether they've tracked credit card or cell phone activity.
Anyone with any information is asked to call state police at 860-537-7500.
"We've gotten some information and that's been helpful, that's why encouraging people," Vance said. "It's a large university. Fellow classmates may have had a cup of coffee with her and heard or seen something that may seem insignificant, but may be important to our investigation."
