BULLHEAD CITY, AZ (CBS5) -

Authorities have arrested two legal medical marijuana card holders for allegedly selling baked goods cooked using marijuana oils.

The Mohave Area General Narcotic Enforcement Team said Todd Timothy Leavitt, 45, and his girlfriend, Erin Marie McHarg, 36, were running the marijuana business out of their home in the 2300 block of Red Rock Road.

On Feb. 21, detectives went to the home and learned the pair was selling marijuana, drug paraphernalia and pot-laced baked goods such as brownies, muffins, cookies and lollipops.

Bullhead City police said the home had a customer counter with a business hours sign, menu and prices.

Police seized several gallons of marijuana oil, drug paraphernalia, a 12-gauge shotgun, 13 pounds of marijuana and approximately $7,000 in cash.

The couple had medical marijuana cards but they were only permitted to have 2.5 ounces of marijuana each.
