PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Jodi Arias, the woman accused in the brutal murder of her ex-boyfriend, returned to the witness stand Tuesday after a five-day break.
Following an afternoon break, Arias began to testify about the day her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, died.
Arias told the courtroom it is hard to talk about that day because of how it ended, with Alexander dead.
Arias began to cry as the defense asked her about explicit photos of her. Arias called herself a "stupid idiot" for posing naked for the photos.

During a week of testimony, the 32-year-old Arias has described intimate details about her sex life with Alexander, sprinkling in vivid descriptions of their antics, claims of his deviant sexual behavior, her alleged abusive childhood and painting a picture of a relationship that ended with her defending herself against Alexander.
Alexander's body was found in the bathroom of his Mesa home in 2008 with multiple stab wounds, a slit throat and gunshot to his head.
Arias faces a life sentence if convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Alexander.
