A few lucky fans got to hear Bon Jovi perform for free Saturday evening.
Blizzard Charlotte and bad road conditions forced Bon Jovi to cancel his concert scheduled for Saturday night at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
"Bon Jovi recognizes how much preparation it takes for fans to attend a concert and they wanted to honor that the best way that they know how," said Cathy Soper of Mohegan Sun in a statement Saturday evening.
The concert has been rescheduled for Oct. 25. All tickets purchased for Saturday's show will be honored at the Oct. 25 concert.
On Saturday evening, Bon Jovi played a free concert for about 2,000 including hotel guests and fans.
People, who purchased tickets for Saturday's show, should contact their "original point of purchase" for more information.
The Early Warning Weather Team will keep you updated throughout the duration of Blizzard Charlotte.
