Three teenagers were hospitalized after the SUV they were in slammed into a tree in Glendale early Tuesday morning.
The three were among five teens in the SUV that was going too fast to negotiate a curve near Oregon and 63rd avenues about 8 a.m. and ran off the road before striking the tree, said Tracey Breeden of the Glendale Police Department.
The hospitalized teens had non-life-threatening injuries. Traffic was not affected, Breeden said.
