Greenwich to collect unwanted guns

GREENWICH, CT (WFSB) -

Police in Greenwich will be collecting unwanted guns next month.

According to published reports, police said they will be taking the unwanted weapons and firearms from Greenwich residents, but will not be paying for the returned items.

Police said that the collected weapons will be destroyed.
