The Southington Police Department arrested a restaurant owner in town who is accused of violating liquor laws and fire codes
Officers from the Southington Police Department along with the Southington Fire Department and the Connecticut Liquor Control Commission conducted an investigation into Machiavelli's Restaurant on the night of Oct. 13.
