Thousands of uninsured kids to get healthcare

A doctor's office on wheels is headed to Valley schools.

The Banner Children's Healthmobile will give care to thousands of uninsured kids and teens.

The cost of the mobile clinic is covered through philanthropic organizations in our community.

Here's where it will be during the week:

  • MONDAYS at Buckeye Elementary School, 210 South Sixth St., Buckeye (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
  • TUESDAYS at various locations across the Valley, offering asthma-specific outreach, education and treatment; dates and times will be announced weekly at area schools beginning in February
  • WEDNESDAYS at Maricopa Elementary School, 18150 N. Alterra Parkway, Maricopa (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
  • THURSDAYS at Banner Ironwood Medical Center, 37000 N. Gantzel Rd., San Tan Valley (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
