On Thursday night, thousands of utility customers were invited to sound off about how utility companies in Connecticut handled the power situation after Hurricane Sandy.
But the public session in East Haven had a low turnout.
The lack of response has some wondering if the anger has subsided or if residents were content with the response.
There are two other public hearings slated later this month. One is in Westport on Monday and the other in Waterford on Jan. 15.
