Crash closes off-ramp on Route 9 in Newington

NEWINGTON, CT (WFSB) -

A crash closed an off-ramp on Route 9 in Newington Wednesday morning, according to Connecticut State Police.

Few details about the crash have been released, but state police said the Exit 29 off-ramp northbound was closed after a school van rolled over.

There were no students on board, emergency officials said, and the driver of the van was not injured.

The off-ramp has since reopened.

No other information was released.
