Busted for prostituting 17-yr-old girl

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

On Thursday, December 27, 2012 Cleveland Police Vice Detectives Graves, Mitchell, Fairchild,

and Miranda arrested a male and female for promoting prostitution of a 17-year-old female at a

hotel on W. 150^th St. The suspects have been identified as Christopher Kelley and Marshay

Spraggins.
