PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Two men shot each other and then refused to press charges when police investigated early Thursday morning.
A Phoenix Police Department spokesman said neither victim had life-threatening injuries after the 2:20 p.m. shooting near 75th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix. One of the victims drove down the street to a convenience store to get help, the spokesman said
Police said neither man was cooperating and refused to press charges.
The incident was under further investigation.
No other information was immediately available.
