You probably know by now that the two winning Powerball tickets were sold in Arizona and Missouri, but some lucky folks in Connecticut could be holding on to a $1 million or a $2 million winning tickets.
According to the CT Lottery, two $1 million and one $2 million Powerball tickets were sold in Connecticut.
The three tickets matched five out of the six numbers to win the million. The $2 million winner got an extra million by paying a buck for the Powerplay.
There is no word yet on where the tickets were sold.
A total of 148,555 winning tickets were sold in Connecticut with prizes starting at $4.
The winning numbers for Wednesday's Powerball drawing are 5, 16, 22, 23, 29 and the Powerball is 6.
