Erasmo Ledezma, 26, was found with severe trauma to his body on the dirt easement of a business at 4015 E. Madison St. about 10 p.m. Thursday by officers on routine patrol, according to Officer James Holmes of the Phoenix Police Department.
Officers at the scene told CBS 5 News that Ledezma had been shot multiple times.
Holmes said police said they have little to work with and are asking the public for help.
