The Ajo Border Patrol Station is known for being one of the last "Old Patrol" stations in service - but it'll soon be opening a brand new facility.
Tucson Field Communications Branch said the new station improves border security efforts by providing nearly 54,000 square feet of administrative and detention space for roughly 500 agents and mission support personnel.
The grand opening ceremony will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m.
