LIFE STAR responds to Route 9 crash

CROMWELL, CT (WFSB) -

Route 9 in Cromwell has reopened after a LIFE STAR medical helicopter was called to a serious crash Friday afternoon.

Connecticut Department of Transportation officials said the crash shut down Route 9 north in the area of exit 20N around 12:30 p.m.

No other information was released.
