PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A judge will now decide whether or not the family of a woman who died in an Arizona jail is entitled to a multi-million dollar settlement.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted on the settlement on Wednesday which ended in a tie and sends it back before a judge.
Earlier this month, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors meeting was disrupted by protesters when they were scheduled to vote on a settlement case for Jennifer Braillard's family.
Braillard died when in custody of the Maricopa County Jail.
The family was set to receive a more than $3 million settlement, but the meeting was adjourned because of the protests.
