MDOT posts traffic information for Detroit World Series game

Posted: Updated:

DETROIT (Toledo News Now) - The Michigan Department of Transportation is making travel easier for those fortunate enough to have World Series tickets for home games at Comerica Park Oct. 27 through Oct. 29.

Information on getting to Comerica Park can be found in MDOT's Spotlight section. Additional information is provided, such as updated construction on freeways throughout lower Michigan. Drivers can also check MiDrive for up-to-date lane closure information and view live traffic cameras.

In the Metro Detroit area, MDOT has postponed additional weekend construction and will remain flexible to any police agency needs to move traffic safely and efficiently. The MDOT Metro Region has also completed cleanup efforts on Detroit area freeways.

MDOT urges motorists to drive with caution in work zones where restrictions are still in place.
