Phillip MartinGOLDEN VALLEY, AZ (CBS5) -
A 60-year-old Golden Valley man has been arrested for allegedly gunning down his neighbor in the victim's driveway.
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office said the victim's friend called authorities saying he heard one gun shot.
When deputies arrived, they found Steven Jeffery Schwartz, 55, of Golden Valley lying on his side in driveway.
Schwartz's friend said Schwartz told him that his neighbor, Phillip Martin shot him.
Schwartz was taken to the hospital where he died.
Deputies arrested Martin and the gun used was confiscated.
MCSO said the case remains under investigation.
