MCSO makes 18 arrests in Glendale business raid

GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies raided another business suspected of hiring illegal immigrants.

The raid happened at about 4:30 a.m. Thursday at the Sonoran Concrete Company in Glendale.

MCSO said 18 employees were arrested and booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail on identity theft and forgery charges. Six illegal immigrants were turned over to ICE, according to MCSO.

The business has about 75 employees.
