PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Police in Phoenix are looking for two men who slammed a truck into a home overnight and fled the scene.
"It appears the vehicle making a left hand turn onto N. 24th Avenue made too steep of a turn, ended up going into a building and two occupants fled the vehicle," Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Jerry Peterson said.
Two people were inside the home at the time of the crash. They were not hurt.
A neighbor heard the crash and quickly called 911.
"I was watching Seinfield and I heard a big screech and I ran out the door and saw two boys, I'd say about 19, run right into the wall and then jumped out of the driver side, and run one way and then headed back a different direction," Priscilla Parron said. "And I was on the phone with 911 and I was asking the boys why they were taking off because I was on the phone with 911 and they just kept walking."
At this time, police have little details on the suspects. Peterson said the two men are possibly Hispanic, between 18 to 20 years old. One was wearing a white shirt and red shorts, and the other suspect was wearing a white shirt and dark shorts.
"I know they got hurt pretty bad because they weren't running, they were walking with a limp," Parron said.
