PHOENIX (CBS5/AP) -

University of Phoenix says it is phasing out its facility in Nogales, AZ, and 114 other locations because of a drop in enrollment.

For-profit company Apollo Group Inc. said it's net income fell 60 percent in its fiscal four quarter.

The company said on Tuesday that most students are opting for online degrees and don't want the classroom experience.

The students enrolled at the locations in degree programs who do not want to do their classes online will be accommodated until they graduate, according to the company spokesperson.
