You've heard of a zero tolerance policy for students who break the rules, but some teachers in Michigan get a few extra chances.
According to a report by the Michigan Capitol Confidential, the union contract for teachers in the Bay City Public School District must be caught on drugs three times or be at school drunk five times before they are fired.
A teacher caught selling drugs in class would have to be caught twice before losing their job.
Bay City Superintendent Doug Newcombe said only a handful of employees are still covered by the contract language.
