PHOENIX (CBS5) -

The trial for the mother of missing baby Gabriel Johnson will begin again Monday after a brief recess last week.

Gabriel Johnson has been missing for nearly three years.  He was last seen as his mother fled the state with him to Texas but shortly after that, Gabriel Johnson disappeared.

Elizabeth Johnson is facing charges of kidnapping and custodial interference.

[CBS5AZ.com is scheduled to carry live video streaming coverage every day of the trial.]

Police detectives and Gabriel Johnson's father Logan McQueary have already testified.

Johnson's story has changed since the ordeal began.

[SPECIAL SECTION: Elizabeth Johnson, Baby Gabriel.]

She initially told McQueary that she killed Gabriel and put his body in a dumpster, but later told authorities she gave the child away to a couple in San Antonio.

Gabriel has not been found.
