PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Two people were taken to the hospital but are expected to be OK after a fire broke out at a Phoenix apartment complex on Wednesday afternoon.
Capt. Scott McDonald with the Phoenix Fire Department said when firefighters arrived there was heavy fire coming from a ground-floor apartment.
McDonald said they were able to keep the fire contained within that apartment.
One man had smoke inhalation and the other man had a laceration to his hand.
