Police are looking for a man they said tried to rob a Circle K store at gunpoint in Phoenix on July 23.
The suspect walked into the store at 5350 N. 27th Ave. holding a black handgun about 4:54 a.m. and demanded lottery tickets from the clerk. The clerk moved to activate a silent alarm and the suspect ran from the story without the tickets or any merchandise, police said.
The suspect was described as black, 5'3" to 5'5", 140 to 150 pounds, wearing a black T-shirt and dark ball cap with Sacramento Kings on the front.
