Fire destroys several Casa Grande buildings under construction

The buildings are located at 700 E. Rodeo Road in Casa Grande.

CASA GRANDE, AZ (CBS5) -

A group of three-story apartment buildings under construction went up in flames in Case Grande on Friday afternoon.

Casa Grande fire spokeswoman Barbara Rice said no one was living in the building and no one was hurt in the large fire on E. Rodeo Road.

No word yet on what sparked it.
