PRESCOTT, AZ (CBS5) -

Prescott police said they have linked a former employee of a Verizon store to a robbery there on Friday.

Nicholas Allen Lackey, 21, of Prescott, was arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Jail in Camp Verde on charges of robbery and burglary.

Lackey is accused of donning a Halloween mask and robbing the Verizon store on Gail Gardner Way. Police said Lackey walked behind the counter and took money out of the cash register. He then ran away.

Investigators said they also linked Lackey to a previous burglary at the same Verizon Store on Aug. 20.

A second suspect who allegedly assisted Lackey in the Aug. 20 burglary was arrested at his home in Prescott Tuesday morning. He is identified as 20-year-old Matt Eisenberg. He was questioned and later booked into Yavapai County Jail.
