Shane Doan is staying with the Phoenix Coyotes.
General manager Don Maloney announced Friday that the Coyotes have re-signed captain Shane Doan to a four-year contract.
As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to the Coyote's website.
Doan, who was selected by the franchise with the seventh overall selection in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft, has spent his entire career with the Coyotes/Jets organization and has played the most games in team history with 1,198.
